What is a family camp?

This camp is an ideal setting to spend the weekend practicing your English. It’s also an opportunity to spend a few days in the fresh air without work, homework, with phones on silent, and without distractions to really live the experience. It’s the best present you can ask for: quality family time. 

Like with all of The Farm camps, we live, speak, and think in English, or at least that’s what we aim for! So rediscover your English and show your children that learning is fun! You don’t need a high level of English, just the basics. Between us all, we make sure everyone understands and is understood.

Programa

The Family Camps consist of a variety of activities in which we sometimes play in family groups, other times in teams, the whole group or in pairs. All the day to day tasks such as setting the table, washing up etc. we take turns between the kids and the adults. This helps us to build a bond between everyone and creates natural contexts to practice English. The food is homemade and always plentiful.

We take advantage of the surroundings as much as the weather allows us and every weekend is unique. We try hard to not repeat workshops, games and challenges and to create a completely original programme each Family Camp.

And at night time we light the fire, tell stories, sing songs and play board games around the table. There’s nothing quite like it to unwind before going to sleep.
